The week of October 10th, 2022 was devoted to the retreat of the heads of departments at Youth for Christ Burundi, which went well. Most of the time was spent on planning. For the rest of the time, the Director reminded them of YFC’s vision ("As part of the Body of Christ, ensure that every young person in every group of people in every nation has the opportunity to make an informed decision to be a disciple of Jesus Christ and to be part of the local Church. ") so that the leaders possess the vision and thus transmit it to their subordinates. Inspired by the book of Paddy Blessed Musoke entitled: My Work, My Ministry, those leaders were challenged to make their work a ministry. Thus, the staff was encouraged and refreshed and we pray that they achieve their goal of making Youth for Christ Burundi a Ministry that gives more impact on humanity than before.
